A Houston native, Kelly found her way into event planning through a series of internships during her time as an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, Kelly has her Masters in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Event Planning from the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston. Combining her refined taste, meticulous attention to detail and expertise in navigating a variety of personalities, Kelly excels at curating spectacular events. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with a margarita in hand. She also treasures quality time with her husband, Drew, sons, Drew Jr., and Rhys, and their adorable French Bulldog, George.

Born in the Midwest, but raised in Houston, Abby attended Texas Christian University where her love for event planning began as the social chair for her sorority. As a natural born extrovert, Abby quickly realized creating unforgettable events was a passion she couldn’t ignore. Abby prides herself on her superior organization skills and her ability to remain calm under pressure. When she's not handling transportation logistics and re-checking budgets, you can find Abby watching the Great British Baking Show and spending time with her husband, Johnny, daughters Margaret and Catherine, son, Jack, and their two pups, Daisy and Bear.
BRI SCHNEIDER

Born and raised in Houston, Brianna utilized her strong work ethic to earn a degree from The University of Texas at Austin. While studying abroad in college, Bri acquired a love for travel. Today, her adventures as a world traveler influence the lifelong memories that she helps her clients to create. Bri believes in the importance of developing relationships with her clients and maintaining a calming presence during the planning process. When she's not building timelines or adjusting layouts, Bri likes to spend time with her husband, Stephen, daughter, Eadie, and son, Caleb. You will also find her at the pilates studio or snuggling up with her adorable dog, Lucy.
VICTORIA BAILEY

Victoria, originally from New Orleans, has proudly called Texas home for the past three years. She holds a Public Relations degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and began her career in marketing and events at luxury casino hotels and resorts. For the past few years, she has dedicated her expertise to planning and coordinating weddings across Houston with The Springs Wedding and Event Venues. With a strong eye for detail and a calm presence under pressure, Victoria ensures every celebration runs seamlessly. She prides herself on providing quick responses with practical solutions, approaching each client with honesty, comfort, and care—making the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. Her motto is: “I’ll never say ‘I don’t know.’” Outside of weddings, Victoria enjoys exploring Houston’s restaurant scene, practicing pilates, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and spending quality time with friends and family.
